Ovoselet D101 egg sorting machine offers a compact and long-lasting solution that can weigh with high accuracy and stability, and is suitable for small-scale businesses.

The D101 body and mechanisms are made entirely of stainless steel and are available in two different models according to your location.

Cracked Egg Inspection

Thanks to the illuminated rollers, cracked eggs can be easily detected with the D101.

Post-Sorting Analyses

Thanks to its 7-inch touchscreen color display, the D101 stores post-sorting egg counts, percentages, and average weight in its memory and keeps them in a list for months. If desired, this data can be transferred to a USB memory card and accessed on a computer using Excel.

Antibacterial Egg Rollers

The egg rollers of the D101 are made from a special antibacterial material, ensuring that they harbor as few bacteria as possible and are easy to clean.

High-precision egg transfer

The surfaces on which the eggs rest and the transport parts are specially designed to prevent damage to the eggs.

Write the Business Code and Name on the Egg

If desired as an option for D101, an Ovojet printer can be installed, allowing eggs to be both coded and sorted in a single operation.

Functional egg collection table

There is a moving PVC belt on the table where the eggs are collected. By bringing the eggs to the collection area via this belt, cracks in the eggs are prevented.

Easily adapts to the coop band

Thanks to its special design, the D101 can collect eggs from three sides onto the collection belt. A special density sensor is used to prevent any buildup or breakage that may occur during the transfer of eggs to the rollers.
