Ovoselect D200 offers an ideal solution for businesses with an average daily production capacity of 100,000 eggs. It connects to the poultry house egg conveyor and collects eggs via its 6-roller inlet. After electronic sorting, it separates eggs into 6 different groups based on weight. When required, a continuous inkjet system can be installed to code the eggs.

Egg Printer Can Be Installed
With an inkjet printer based on sorting, eggs can be sorted and coded in a single pass.
Egg collection table
The D200 has a total of 2 egg collection tables, each with 3 compartments. Eggs are transported on the tables via a plastic rod conveyor. There is also an empty tray rack.
It easily connects to the poultry egg line
The D200’s feed belt is designed to allow eggs to enter from three sides. A special sensor installed in the system ensures that eggs are transferred without piling up or breaking.
Antibacterial Washable Rollers
The egg rollers used in the D200 are made from a special material, providing the desired flexibility and durability, as well as being easy to clean.
Cracked Egg Control Zone
Thanks to the D200’s illuminated egg conveyor, cracked eggs can be easily identified.
